PAIRS PT

Train with your partner, workmate, teammate, friend. Experience the benefits of 1:1 PT with the added motivation, support and accountability of your workout buddy.

GROUP PT

Tightly-run training sessions with 3-8 people. Enjoy the benefits of personal training at a reduced cost per person. Training in groups keeps you accountable and makes exercising a whole lot of fun!

HYBRID PT

Short on time? Unpredictable schedule? Funds a little tight? Hybrid personal training is for you. Train with me every 4, 6 or 8 weeks and follow a programme at home in between. Interim coaching calls can be added as an optional extra.

PRE NATAL PT

Reach the end of your pregnancy feeling fit, strong, mobile and physically capable of coping with the challenges of labour and the initial post natal period. Even if you are new to exercise you can start during pregnancy to gain all the associated benefits for baby and for you.

POST NATAL PT

Correctly designed properly coached post natal training programs to restore pelvic floor and core, regain strength and tone, reduce fat and minimise risks. As a mum of 2 I’ve been there. As a qualified Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialist - I know what’s safe, I know what works.
